Celebrating our Successes
In order to raise funds for the Foundation, the Board decided in 2002 to host a bi-annual banquet “Celebrating our Successes”, which would honor a student/graduate in the Cocke County School system that has furthered their education and became productive and prominent members of society.
Judge Kenneth Porter was the first recipient of this award and was honored at the first banquet in March 2003. A complete list of these recipients is provided.
